The PR751 and PR851are truly versatile marking machines. Any mark stamped with a hammer blow can be marked using these presses. Marking pressures can be controlled from 1 to 10 tons. CMT offers a wide range of tooling and accessories to adapt this machine to your specific marking application.

 

 

A Note About Stamping Pressure
 The impact pressure required for a metal marking appliation is dependent on three variables:

  • Character size
  • Material being marked
  • Number of characters

PR751 Impact Press features

Basic Model PR751 includes:

  • Double acting pneumatic press*

  • Slide-A-Mark automatic air impact marker

  • Air filter, pressure regulator, lubricator, and OSHA required, air shut-off valve with lockout
  • Dual, anti-tie down, anti-repeat palm buttons

  • Ergonomic, touch-less, electric, dual, anit-tie down, anti-repeat palm buttons
  • Choice of mounting style for tooling
*Press standard options include stroke length options of 2.5", 4" or 6" and pressure options of 6, 8 or 10 tons.

751K Style Holders

Quick-change stamp holders can be mounted and removed in seconds for fast, simple legend changes. Standard 751K holders use CMG-step style steel type.
