ILM In-Line-Marker

This system is able to mark dot-peen characters on metal and plastic parts with continuous feed. The single line of characters is indented into the material with a multi-pin marking head. The system controller offers the flexibility of DC start and mark complete signals, as well as serial and digital I/O communication. 

Utilities:

• Electrical motors for X-Y axis require 110 VAC power, 6 ft electrical cord supplied
• Air power required for pneumatic dot-peen, 8mm push-in tube fitting requires connection to air supply (30-75 PSI operating range)

• Line speed (part movement): up to 3.93” per second standard or 9.84” per second optional
• Number of engraving heads: 7 or 9 (optional)
• Character height: .21” standard (5.5mm) (other character height possible)
• Number of characters: continuous or interrupted with programmed spacing
• Adjustable character set: ASCII - Character set based on 7 x 6 Matrix. Characters may be italicized or rotated.
